1. How Much Does Delivery Cost?
Delivery is free on all items. We cover the cost to deliver it to you.
2.How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Once an order has been paid, it will be processed within 1 working day. Thereafter it can take between 1-3 days for main centres and 3-5 days for outlying areas for products to be delivered.
Delivery and tracking details are provided to you via email once your order has been shipped.
3.Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just contact us on our whatsapp line to log a return and we'll do the rest. You will however incur the cost of delivering the product back to us.
4. How to order
step 1: Click the sneaker that you want to order.
Step 2: Select your size.
Step 3: Click add to Bag
Step 4: click Go to checkout.
Step 5: Enter your email address and click Checkout.
Step 8: Enter the details required on the checkout page and click continue.
Step 9: Select your preferred delivery method. We deliver door to door with The courier guy aswell as through Postnet and PAXI (Pep to Pep). You may then click continue.
Step 10: Click go to payment and you will be redirected to payfast's secured page where you can enter your account information and pay for the purchase.
Step 11: You are all set. Just sit back for 3 - 5 days for delivery of your beautiful new sneakers.
